I mastered my skills of communication, team building, and supporting software as a technical analyst with Providence Health and Services. During this time, I was asked to be the unofficial SharePoint administrator for the Service Desk. Many of my duties included documenting, developing and leading projects that gained maximum effectiveness and exposure at an enterprise level. As a technical analyst, it was my job to speak with subject matter experts on how to translate complicated instructions into everyday language. While finishing my Bachelor of Science in Network Information, I attended courses in Technical Writing, Database Design and Programming in VB .NET. Not only did I excel in these classes, I also graduated with Honors, showing my ability to master the subject material.
